The journeys were from first sign up and log in, to content exploration, to regular log ins and usage. Additionally, they wanted to ensure they were asking the right questions of the user to drive better data capture around their preferences.

Gemba’s Strategy and Data & Analytics team supported the football club to set KPIs for the app based on the fan behaviours they wanted to drive.

Gemba’s Strategy and Data & Analytics team supported the football club to set KPIs for the app based on the fan behaviours they wanted to drive.  Gemba then mapped the optimum user journeys with these KPIs in mind, with journeys varying based on a fan’s engagement levels with the club.  Within these journeys, Gemba identified a series of pop-up questions and surveys to ensure the right level of data was captured at a fan level to inform more relevant and personalised targeting.
