To develope an effective fan engagement and membership strategy to support Western United Football Club's future growth. 

Western United Football Club (WUFC) was in the process of completing the construction of its new training centre and stadium in Tarneit. Fresh off winning the A-League championship in 2022, the club wanted to capitalise on the momentum to build a sizeable membership base as they sought to permanently relocate to the new stadium. Gemba was engaged to assist WUFC by developing an effective fan engagement and membership strategy to support its future growth.

This was to enable to the club to unlock greater fan engagement and membership opportunities.
