Gemba's Research & Insights team was commissioned to perform in depth quantitative and qualitative research on the broadcaster's audience. The research examined the relationship between different audience segments and their viewership behaviour. It looked at the relative share of time and wallet which different audiences spend on varying sports, put on by the broadcaster, and the likely impact if any of these sports were removed.
