Gemba supported the club’s internal product and insight teams to design and inform the optimum app onboarding and user journeys, and associated wireframes. The Next Best Action data science models, currently under construction, will drive the decision making on which content, offers and in-app experiences will be served to a fan. This personalisation will be delivered at a targeted 1:1 level.
