AFL will always be my first love. I've always loved attending games and have some unforgettable memories from my days as a young Hawthorn supporter. This appreciation for sport stretched itself to NBA, NFL, F1, Cricket and Soccer, which involves full days planned out watching sport, along with late nights and early wake ups.

Once AFL is finished, my attention turns to the NFL, cheering on my 49ers to the Super Bowl and my fantasy team.

My background in coaching and education has instilled in me the values of teamwork and how to channel passion and drive to achieve results, fueling my love for local sports and their ability to unite people.

7:30am – Stumble out of bed, pack my lunch and head to the local train station.

8:30am – Say hi to the team, send a quick message to Gemba Australia wishing a Happy Birthday for those celebrating their special day.

9:00am – Check the latest live sport and ensure it is displayed on the office TV.

10:00am – Check the Careers, Information and Operations emails for new news, applicants and important matters.

11:00am – The team have run out of bread, off I go to the nearby Coles and top up the office Bread supply.

12:00pm – Lunch has begun and I warm up my Chicken Avocado wraps and sit with the team for some daily trivia.

1:30pm – Jump into an Operations team meeting regarding upcoming events, hiring stages and overall Australian wide administration duties.

3:30pm – Phone goes off with IT ringing me regarding any issues that have been raised throughout the day, ensuring they’re taken care of.

4:30pm – Finalise any expenses incurred throughout the week, such as Coles, Officeworks and Big W weekly invoices.

5:30pm – Quick table tennis game to end off the day on a high note. Create a list of tasks left over from today, to then complete tomorrow where I can.

6:30pm – Off to footy training at Glenhuntly Oval, a feed after training and then a quick shower and bed.
