Day in the Life
5:30am – The first alarm goes off! Up for a 15 minute Pilates and a mint tea, whilst trying not to wake the rest of the house up…
6:45am – Say goodbye to my husband and two little boys whilst trying to avoid their breakfast covered fingers as I run out of the door!
7:00am – Air pods in, Spotify on with an upbeat playlist as I march to the tube station
08:00am – Arrive at the office, another herbal tea, and straight into a meeting room to catch up with the P&C team in Aus
09:30am – Admin time! Go through my emails, review applications, finalise my to do list and crack on!
12:00am – Catch up with a Hiring Manager on the status of their current vacancy
1:00pm – Run out of the office to get some fresh air and a break from the laptop screen and find something yummy to eat!
1.30pm – Candidate screening call time! My favourite part of the job, interacting and speaking to really interesting prospective future employees!
4.30pm – Say goodbye to the team, headphones are back in ready to fight my way through the underground to get on the tube
5.30pm – Home for dinner with the family!
7.30pm – Phew… the kids are in bed, and hopefully nearly asleep! Time to put my feet up, get a glass of wine and snuggle up on the sofa with a good book!
