Why Gemba Strategy?

Looking to apply those finely-honed strategy and digital skills in an industry you love? Then look no further!

Gemba works at the crossroads of sport and entertainment, helping our clients grow their businesses and encouraging more people to play, attend and consume the sports they love. We help clients to know their fans better than anyone else. This allows us to take a thought-leading position on what best-in-class digital fan engagement represents within a sports and entertainment organisation. Example project work includes providing digital and sponsorship insights as well as strategy recommendations for global sporting events; creating personalised content and offers to be served up to fans via their preferred digital channels; and devising best-in-class strategies to engage a new audience of global and youth fans.

  • Assisting in the development and evolution of Gemba’s proprietary intellectual capital. This involves incorporating latest market and consumer insights, client trends and project deliverables into scalable intellectual capital, frameworks, and approaches that in turn drive new business as well as efficient project delivery through repeatable methodologies.
  • Continuing to invest in your own professional development by advancing your industry knowledge and strengthening your key consulting skills.
About You
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
